Well, I just read about this in Print Magazine, but it’s worth plugging again. It’s called Brand Tags and you just type the first thing that pops into your head about the logo that appears. It’s pretty fun to play and hilarious to see what other folks think about the brand. You can also try to guess the logo from a list of words. You can even try out Battle Mode and see how logos rank amongst each other.
While rummaging through all those design links, I ran across a great sketchbook from Ric Stultz. A highly published and featured illustrator, painter and designer, Ric is truly a talented artist. Ric’s gouache on paper is super nice as well.
So, after sifting through somewhere around 1400 links and favorites (StumbleUpon), I linked up some of the really inspiring design links (over there on the side –>). There’s about 30 so far and the plans are to spotlight each one individually so stay tuned for write-ups. The ‘Home Page Worthy’ category means they update content just about daily and they stay on top of things.
