		<description>I log off. That helps me not want to pop in a for a few seconds to check something which inevitably turns into minutes or hours. Also, I usually only socialize on the web when watching TV or doing something at home. The only exception is LinkedIn, but I only do that for about 15 minutes a week at work. Good luck kicking the habit, as far as I know, social media addiction won&#039;t kill you, but it does make you unsociable offline.</description>
